You're the type of person who thrives on taking care of things the right way the first time. A task comes in and you figure out how to get it done without having to ask a lot of questions. When you say "I'll take care of it" I know it'll be done well. You get excited when you know you've made someone else's day easier!
Duties will include:
Answering phones/follow-up calls
Filing and general office administration
Some personal errands and marketing assistance
Able to handle legal documents & real-estate contracts.
Need to have experience with contracts preferably Real Estate (Contract to close)
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills as they will be communicating with multiple clients and associates
Managing, updating, maintaining, and posting transactions in databases to track current deals and closed deals
Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills including (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publish, Adobe Photoshop, MLS, etc.)
Knowledge of Social Media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and pleasant personality and attitude
Ability to prioritize and be flexible
Strong organizational skills
Great people skills
Reliable transportation
Strong proofreading and editing abilities
Must be timely, dependable and detail oriented
Minimum 1 year of Administrative experience is required
Creativity and problem solving skills
