This site instead - adequately titled iLoftCondos | The Blog, will feature more information pertaining to my day to day adventures in Toronto's ever vibrant condo market. Don't let the media fool you, this market is continuing to grow. I also want to use this form as a way to address media skepticism towards the real estate industry in general as well as government policies which affect this industry in general. As stakeholders and shareholders in our communities and neighbourhoods across the Greater Toronto Area, we have a vested interest in discussing the market trends and business practices prevalent in the real estate industry.
As the heading of this blog does suggest, we will be focusing on Condos! Toronto Condos in particular, but that doesn't mean I won't be discussing other locations in and around the Greater Toronto Area. I will bring to your attention condo market information, my latest listings, and all the new developments to come out within the city.
